Why am I unable to setup my website?

First, make sure your API keys are correct. Your website needs to work on https. You can install this nice plugin to log rest api requests, so you can check if the app reaches your website or not. At the moment, my app is not compatible with your store if you are using WP Super Cache.

Is my data secure?

Yes. The application connects directly to your website, so i don't see any data at all.

How often the widget refreshes?

The refresh rate is set to 5 minutes. However, this is just the target rate, iOS will often skip refreshes to save battery for example. So if your data is not up to date on the widget, you just need to wait a little bit longer.

Is there a subscription fee?

No, the app is free to download. You can setup 1 website for free and theres an in-app purchase to add multiple sites.
